The INDONESIAN, (Surabaya) || Follow‑up hearings in Case No. 1104/Pdt.G/2025/PN Sby at the Surabaya District Court continue to draw public attention. During proceedings, the legal team from SAP Law Firm asked the panel of judges to review the full sequence of facts and evidence thoroughly, objectively, and constructively — ensuring the eventual ruling reflects substantive justice.
The firm’s Managing Partners emphasised that the facts, events, and legal aspects of the case are closely interconnected and cannot be treated in isolation. Every detail brought to light in court must be viewed as a complete whole, so the legal framework built around the case truly corresponds to what actually happened.
“We respectfully ask the Honourable Judges to examine and assess this case comprehensively. All facts should be placed in their full context, so no crucial element is diminished or overlooked. That way, the legal standing of each party will emerge clearly, in line with both the facts and applicable laws,” a SAP Law Firm representative told reporters in Surabaya.
They explained that such a holistic legal approach is essential when weighing evidence and witness statements presented throughout the trial. A comprehensive assessment, they believe, will help the judges formulate strong, objective legal reasoning consistent with the principles of legal certainty, benefit, and fairness.
SAP Law Firm also reaffirmed its commitment to guiding the process through proper, transparent, fact‑based proof. Counsel expressed confidence that if every factual detail is rigorously tested and fairly weighed, the legal truth will be fully revealed.
“We respect the judicial process and place our full trust in the integrity of this Court’s panel. We are confident that through their thoroughness, independence, and wisdom in examining the case in its entirety, the final judgment will truly embody a sense of justice,” the statement concluded.
