The INDONESIAN, Jakarta – Freestyle Boxing Organisation (FBO) Indonesia is proud to announce the participation of its three best national fighters in the international match titled “International Fight Indonesia vs. Timor Leste.” Scheduled for January 25, 2026, this event marks FBO’s international debut and affirms Indonesia’s position in the world of modern freestyle combat sports.

The esteemed presence of the Chairman of the FBO Federation of Timor Leste at the event further strengthens the good relations and sports diplomacy between the two countries.

President of FBO Indonesia, Ferdinand Weimar DJ, stated that this match is more than just a competition. “This is a stage of honor for Indonesia. We are sending championship belt holders to ensure that Indonesia performs with dignity and achieves brilliant accomplishments,” said Ferdinand Weimar DJ.

The three athletes who will strengthen the Indonesian contingent are

1. Alin Anggriyanto: 52 Kg class, holder of the Kick Boxing KX-1 Pro Fight Series 3 Belt, One Pride record 9–0–6. Other achievements include 1st Place in the 2025 Keprukan Fight Show, 1st Place in Wushu Sanda 2009, and 2nd Place in the 2004 Porprov Wushu Sanda.
2. Faisal Giru: 56 Kg class, holder of the ASTA Indonesia 56 Kg Belt, One Pride record 2–0–1. Also achieved Champion of the 2022 Porprov Muaythai Kaltim, Champion of the 2023 Porprov Kick Boxing Jateng, 2023 Kaltim Pre-PON Athlete, and 2025 Kejurnas Kick Boxing Jateng.

This match will feature Street Boxing, Freestyle Boxing, and MMA formats, with professional and amateur divisions following official FBO regulations. In addition to being the opening of the international fight calendar, this event is also a qualifying stage towards the battle for the FBO Chairman’s Belt, a symbol of the highest supremacy for Indonesian fighters that aims to produce world-class athletes.
