Rifqi Maulana: Safrizal ZA’s Collaborative Approach Serves as a Solid Foundation for Accelerating Aceh’s Recovery Toward Greater Resilience
The INDONESIAN, (BANDA ACEH) — The National Board of the Indonesian Law Students Association (DPN PERMAHI), through its Chairman Rifqi Maulana, S.H., has expressed appreciation for the leadership demonstrated by Safrizal ZA in overseeing and accelerating disaster response efforts across Aceh. Responsive, collaborative, and measured leadership, he noted, is critical to maintaining stability through the transition from emergency response into rehabilitation and reconstruction.
Rifqi Maulana observed that the coordination established by Safrizal ZA — bringing together the central government, the Aceh administration, regency and municipal governments, the TNI, Polri, and a broad range of stakeholders — reflects a strong commitment to ensuring effective recovery operations.
“Mr. Safrizal ZA has demonstrated leadership capable of consolidating forces across sectors. In a situation demanding swift decisions and solid coordination, he has successfully built synergy that allows relief efforts to proceed smoothly,” Rifqi stated on Friday (31/7/2026).
He emphasised that progress during the emergency response and early recovery phases provides a vital foundation for the comprehensive rehabilitation and reconstruction work ahead.
As an organisation of law students, DPN PERMAHI views reconstruction not merely as rebuilding damaged infrastructure, but also as a pivotal opportunity to strengthen governance, improve public services, and accelerate community economic recovery.
“Reconstruction must be a strategic step toward building back better. We are confident that under strong coordination, this process can serve as a model for effective, transparent, and people-centred post-disaster recovery,” he said.
Rifqi also called on all sectors of society to support government efforts in accelerating rehabilitation and reconstruction. Aceh’s recovery, he stressed, demands collaboration across the board — from government bodies and the business sector to academics, civil society organisations, and the younger generation.
“DPN PERMAHI believes that the spirit of mutual cooperation and collaboration is key. Leadership that embraces every element of society will hasten Aceh’s revival and deliver sustainable development that tangibly improves public welfare,” he affirmed.
In closing, Rifqi expressed hope that every stage of rehabilitation and reconstruction proceeds as planned — so that Aceh not only recovers from disaster but advances with a stronger, more resilient, and competitive foundation.
“DPN PERMAHI stands ready to support every policy that serves the public interest and fosters professional, accountable governance dedicated to Aceh’s progress,” Rifqi Maulana concluded.
