BRI Branch Office Cimanggis Optimizes BRImo Adoption Through “BRImo Day” Initiative Across All Supervised Units

The INDONESIAN, (Jakarta)— Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) BO Cimanggis is strengthening its digital service transformation through the implementation of “Brimo Day” in the BRI BO Cimanggis area and its Supervisory Work Units.

The activity was recently held at several units, including the Radar Auri Unit, Pekapuran Unit, Palsigunung Unit, Simpangan Depok Unit, and Pekapuran Unit.

This initiative is part of BRI BO Cimanggis’ efforts to improve digital literacy and encourage more customers to utilize the BRImo application for their daily banking activities.

Through Brimo Day, BRI officers at both the branch and work unit levels proactively provided direct assistance to customers, from account activation to exploring the various features available on the BRImo app. This approach is expected to deliver a banking experience that is easier, faster, and more secure for the public. Customers who attended also appeared enthusiastic about participating in the event.

Participants received education on the wide range of digital services accessible via BRImo, including fund transfers, bill payments, mobile phone credit and electricity token purchases, QRIS payments, and various other financial transactions that can be done solely through a mobile phone.

The implementation of Brimo Day also serves as a momentum for BRI, particularly BRI BO Cimanggis, to introduce the convenience of digital banking services to communities that previously still relied on conventional over-the-counter transactions at unit offices.

The activities held across several work units demonstrate BRI BO Cimanggis’ commitment to delivering services that are increasingly aligned with community needs. Digitalization of services is not only aimed at enhancing transaction convenience, but also at supporting financial inclusion so that more people can access modern banking services.

BRI BO Cimanggis hopes that Brimo Day will increase the number of active BRImo users and further strengthen the culture of digital transactions within the community. As the demand for fast and seamless financial services continues to grow, BRImo is expected to become the primary solution for customers to access a wide range of banking services anytime and anywhere, without the need to visit a branch office.
