The INDONESIAN , (JAKARTA) — Institutional strengthening for FBO Law Firm and ABS Law Firm has reached a significant milestone. Both Civil Partnerships have been officially recorded in the Business Administration System under the Directorate General of General Legal Administration, Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia.

FBO Law Firm was registered under Deed Number 13 dated August 27, 2026, with Registration Certificate Number AHU-0001754-AH.01.22 of 2026, issued in Jakarta on September 4, 2026.

Meanwhile, ABS Law Firm — short for Anak Bangsa Sejati Civil Partnership — was registered under Deed Number 14 dated August 27, 2026, with Registration Certificate Number AHU-0001778-AH.01.22 of 2026, issued on September 7, 2026.

Both firms are based in the City of Bekasi and provide professional legal services, including litigation, legal consulting, and intellectual property advisory.

The establishment of FBO Law Firm and ABS Law Firm followed a thorough process of consolidation and institutional preparation. During an audience between ABS and FBO leadership with the Board of Patrons, management, and team members on August 14, 2026, the plan to establish both firms received full support — with a mandate to develop them seriously, upholding professionalism, integrity, legal certainty, and ethical standards.

Ferdinand Weimar DJ, President of ABS & FBO, emphasized that the founding of both firms grows from the spirit of struggle, nationalism, and service long cultivated through ABS and FBO.

Their presence is expected to extend far beyond administrative compliance — evolving into a professional hub for advocacy, consultation, education, and legal assistance that upholds ethics, the rule of law, justice, and the interests of the people and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
