The INDONESIAN (Jakarta) — The Chairman of the Central Board of the Indonesian Students and Youth Movement (DPP GMPRI), Raja Agung Nusantara, expressed strong support and highest appreciation to Police Senior Commissioner I Dewa Made Adnyana for his various achievements, dedication, and reform measures undertaken to strengthen human resources within the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police force.
According to DPP GMPRI, the leadership demonstrated in personnel development, reinforcement of integrity, and cultivation of a professional and humane work culture constitutes a vital step toward establishing a police institution that earns greater public trust.
“On behalf of DPP GMPRI, we convey our highest appreciation to the Head of Human Resources of West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, Police Senior Commissioner I Dewa Made Adnyana, for his dedication and tangible work reflected in various human resource development programs, enhanced discipline, and firm commitment to transparency and accountability,” Raja Agung Nusantara stated in an official release on 24 May.
DPP GMPRI views the numerous achievements recorded as positive indicators of internal reform and improvements in the quality of public service. One notable accomplishment highlighted was the Regional Police’s success in securing a national-level award in the field of personnel health and fitness development — an achievement recognized for boosting operational readiness and professionalism among officers in the field.
Furthermore, the application of recruitment principles that prioritize integrity, transparency, accountability, and humane standards was cited as a concrete measure to build public confidence in an ethical and trustworthy selection process.
DPP GMPRI also commended a leadership approach that not only focuses on administrative aspects but also emphasizes character building, capacity development among junior officers, and the establishment of open communication channels within the organization.
“A leadership style that directly engages with members to hear their aspirations, fosters a healthy work culture, and sustains long-term human resource quality forms a critical foundation for an institution capable of adapting to modern challenges,” the statement added.
DPP GMPRI further expressed hope that the various innovations and development frameworks already implemented will continue to be strengthened and serve as an inspiration for broader improvements in human resource governance across the national police force.
As a youth and community organization dedicated to strengthening governance and public institutions, DPP GMPRI reaffirmed its commitment to supporting all positive initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of service delivered to the community.
