Primenewspost.com – PT Taman Taruna Kebangsaan (PT TTK) has strengthened its strategic commitment to developing Indonesia’s human capital through a high-level meeting with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia) at KADIN Tower, South Jakarta, on Thursday (July 23, 2026). The meeting marked an important step toward expanding collaboration in preparing highly skilled Indonesian professionals for the global labor market.

 

The delegation was received by Nofel Saleh Hilabi, Vice Chair for the Protection of Entrepreneurs and Indonesian Migrant Workers at KADIN Indonesia, accompanied by Filius Yandono, Chair of the Standing Committee for Job Placement at KADIN Indonesia

 

During the meeting, Nofel emphasized that Indonesia’s demographic bonus presents a significant opportunity that must be optimized through high-quality vocational education, foreign language proficiency, and competency-based training aligned with international industry standards.

 

“KADIN Indonesia is committed to serving as a bridge between the business sector and educational institutions to produce Indonesian professionals who are highly competitive and well-prepared to meet the demands of the global workforce,”Nofel stated.

 

He also expressed appreciation for the initiatives undertaken by PT Taman Taruna Kebangsaan through Magna Education, which has consistently prepared participants for Germany’s Ausbildung Program by providing German language training, professional skills development, and comprehensive guidance for education and employment opportunities in Germany.

 

Widi Adia Nugraha, President Director of PT Taman Taruna Kebangsaan, welcomed KADIN Indonesia’s support, describing the collaboration as a strategic milestone in strengthening Indonesia’s human capital ecosystem.
