A standout achievement under his tenure is the launch of Go Sigap, an information technology-driven police service platform designed to streamline public access to law enforcement support and accelerate police responsiveness to community needs. Through Go Sigap, Polri has established a stronger digital presence, simplifying incident reporting, public complaints, and emergency assistance requests for citizens nationwide.
For his contributions to modernizing public service delivery, Brig. Gen. Adex Yudiswan has received multiple prestigious honors. In 2017, he was named one of 16 Innovative Police Officers by the Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB). His exceptional service was further recognized with the Kapolri Gold Badge — the highest distinction awarded for extraordinary dedication within the Indonesian National Police.
