Strengthening Social Synergy, BRI Bekasi Branch Office Holds Friday Sharing and Orphan Donation

Kicking off the first week of the holy month of Ramadan 1447H/2026M, BRI Branch Office Bekasi held a Friday Sharing and Breaking the Fast Together event as well as Orphan Donations on Friday-Saturday (27-28/2/2026).
The event, themed “Ramadan Harmony, Strengthening Synergy Together,” served as a gathering place for social interaction and a manifestation of social care during the holy month.
On Friday, officers from the Bekasi Branch Office of BRI distributed boxes of food and drinking water to marginalized communities breaking their fast. The recipients appeared enthusiastic and happy.
The following day, a warm and convivial atmosphere filled the Bekasi Branch Office of BRI. Orphans sat neatly in rows, following the series of events. In their hands, simple gifts from the Bekasi Branch Office of BRI served as symbols of sincere concern.
The event began with a sermon by Ustaz Hasan Mukti, who invited all attendees to interpret Ramadan as a moment to strengthen social solidarity.
Meanwhile, representatives from the management of BRI Branch Office Bekasi said that this activity was a form of the company’s commitment to carrying out its social responsibilities. According to them, the company’s presence in the community is not only through financial services, but also through concrete actions that have an impact.
The donation was symbolically handed over to the orphans, accompanied by a prayer together before breaking the fast.
After the Maghrib call to prayer sounded, all participants enjoyed the iftar meal that had been prepared.
Employees, invited guests, and children sat side by side, sharing stories and smiles.
The hope of the BRI Bekasi Branch Office is that the spirit of sharing will continue, not only during the holy month, but also in everyday life. Because from small acts of caring that are nurtured together, harmony grows and strengthens.
