The INDONESIAN, (Jakarta)— Ferdinand Weimar DJ, Chairman of the Freestyle Boxing Organization (FBO) Indonesia and President of Anak Bangsa Sejati (ABS), has affirmed that FBO Indonesia’s mission extends beyond the development of freestyle boxing — it also encompasses the advancement of national values, justice, and public service through the legal profession.

Following the successful FBO Indonesia Opening Ceremony on 13 December 2025 in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta — which marked the organisation’s official founding and the inauguration of its central leadership — the organisation has continued to show significant progress. This momentum was further strengthened by the successful International Freestyle Boxing Exhibition Fight “DUEL” between Indonesia and Timor Leste in Solo in January 2026, serving as a symbol of sports diplomacy and international friendship.

According to Ferdinand Weimar DJ, the fighting spirit cultivated in the sporting arena is now being extended through the establishment of FBO Law Firm and ABS Law Firm — institutions dedicated to upholding the supremacy of law, justice, and public interests.

“FBO was born from a spirit of struggle, discipline, courage, and sportsmanship. These same values form our foundation in delivering professional and ethical legal services. At its core, an advocate is also a warrior — standing on the front lines defending rights and justice,” Ferdinand Weimar DJ stated on 2 August 2026.

Ferdinand explained that the FBO Law Firm logo represents the evolution of the FBO identity integrated with legal symbolism.

The octagonal shape signifies balance, protection, and resolve in upholding the law. The FBO monogram serves as the primary identifier, reflecting a firm that is strong and professional. The silhouette of a boxer within the letter “O” embodies courage, fighting spirit, and perseverance in advocating for clients’ rights. The golden star represents noble aspirations and leadership, while laurel branches symbolise honour, achievement, and a reputation built through dedication and professionalism. The scales of justice affirm FBO Law Firm’s commitment to objectivity, integrity, and the rule of law. The colour palette — gold, black, red, and white — stands for credibility, authority, courage, and honesty as the firm’s guiding principles.

Meanwhile, the ABS Law Firm logo carries a strong spirit of nationalism. The red-and-white heart enclosing the map of Indonesia represents love for the homeland and a commitment to providing legal services to all segments of Indonesian society. The ABS initials reflect a firm that is trustworthy, adaptive, and solution-oriented. The golden star symbolises the aspiration to become a leading law firm that delivers meaningful benefit to the public. Laurel and golden floral motifs represent growth, honour, and success achieved through hard work and dedication. Ferdinand Weimar DJ expressed gratitude that the logos for both law firms have been officially installed and are ready for public introduction.

“Alhamdulillah, the ABS Law Firm and FBO Law Firm logos are now in place. God willing, we are preparing for the launch in August — a historically significant month for the Indonesian nation. Insha Allah, these two law firms will become a gathering place for the nation’s best sons and daughters who possess the heart of true warriors, upholding justice, unity, and service to the people,” he said.

He emphasised that FBO Law Firm and ABS Law Firm are not merely legal institutions — they are also spaces for collaboration among the nation’s finest individuals committed to preserving national unity and making tangible contributions to society.
