The INDONESIAN , (Jakarta)— Raja Agung Nusantara, Chairman of the Central Board of the Indonesian Students and Youth Movement (DPP GMPRI), conveyed congratulations and recognition to H. Rahmat Wahyudi, ST, following his election as Chairman of BEEF Association NTB — Business, Education, Experts, and Farmers of West Nusa Tenggara.
From GMPRI’s perspective, the establishment of this association marks a strategic step toward strengthening the livestock sector across West Nusa Tenggara by bringing together farmers, academics, veterinary professionals, business operators, and all relevant stakeholders.
“BEEF Association NTB has a vital role to play in driving modernisation, raising farmers’ welfare standards, and opening wider opportunities for young people to participate in a productive, competitive livestock industry,” Raja Agung said on 24 June 2026; he also serves as Executive Chairman of the National Committee of Indonesian Youth (DPP KNPI).
He highlighted the association’s core vision — prioritising education, adoption of modern livestock technology, improved market access, and field‑level support reaching down to village communities — as a progressive approach deserving broad support.
GMPRI also commended the association’s commitment to building a modern, sustainable industry ecosystem, including efforts to expand market reach so producers obtain fairer prices and the economic value of small‑scale livestock farming rises.
“We hope BEEF Association NTB will serve as a true collaborative platform that nurtures a new generation of independent, innovative farmers — and acts as a leading engine of progress for the whole sector in West Nusa Tenggara,” he added.
Under the leadership of H. Rahmat Wahyudi, ST, GMPRI expressed confidence that the association will deliver tangible contributions toward stronger food security, improved livelihoods for producers, and broader regional economic growth in the province.
“Congratulations and every success to our senior colleague H. Rahmat Wahyudi, ST, upon his inauguration as Chairman of BEEF Association NTB,” Raja Agung concluded.
