Nusantara Golden Radiance 2025: An Award for Indonesia’s Cultural Guardians and Preservers

The INDONESIAN —  The city of Surabaya radiated joy and cultural pride that day. At the prestigious Empire Palace Hotel, the National Award Ceremony of Nusantara Golden Radiance 2025 took place  an annual event that rekindles the spirit of cultural preservation and national pride across the Indonesian archipelago.

Carrying the theme “Nusantara Golden Radiance 2025”, the event featured two sacred symbols: Mustika Gunungan Jagat and Mustika Selendang Emas  emblems representing the nation’s nobility, virtue, and cultural glory.

The event was initiated by the Pasopati Cakra Nusantara Foundation, under the leadership of Chairman Kanjeng Pangeran Arya Senopati Ki Bagus Mpu Batu, S.M., and Chief Advisor Air Vice Marshal (Ret.) Ir. Tri Bowo Budi S., M.M., M.Tr (Han). It brought together more than 100 distinguished figures  achievers, guardians, and cultural preservers  from diverse regions including East Java, Central Java, West Java, Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Sumatra.

What made the event even more special was the participation of prominent government officials, public figures, and high-ranking TNI-Polri officers who also received honorary distinctions, among them:

  • Air Vice Marshal (Ret.) Dr. Ir. Tri Bowo Budi S., M.M., M.Tr (Han)
  • Inspector General of Police Dr. H. Imam Sayuti, S.H., M.H., M.B.L.
  • Prof. Pribadiyono (Quantum International)
  • Dr. Dra. Sri Untari Bisowarno, M.A.P. (Commission E, East Java Provincial Parliament)
  • Erick Kumala, S.H., M.H. (Commission A, East Java Provincial Parliament)
  • Dr. Lia Istifhama, S.H.I., S.Sos., M.E.I. (Member of the House of Representatives, DPR RI)
  • Cahyo Siswo Utomo, S.T., M.H. (Commission C, Surabaya City Parliament)
  • Head of the East Java Provincial Office of Culture and Tourism

The honorees were also granted honorary titles of distinction, including:
Veer Kshatriya Arutala Suddhan Atman Iswari – A resilient knight who upholds cultural values and virtue with a pure spirit and influential leadership.
Srikandi Maharani Suddhan Atman Iswari – A courageous woman who preserves cultural and noble values with a pure heart and serves as an inspiring leader.

Through this prestigious recognition, Pasopati Cakra Nusantara reaffirms its commitment to upholding the cultural values of the Nusantara, strengthening national identity, and honoring those who have dedicated themselves to safeguarding ancestral heritage.

“We want to ensure that Indonesia’s culture continues to grow and be appreciated. This award is not merely symbolic—it is a true gesture of respect for cultural practitioners who have devoted their lives to this nation,”
— stated Kanjeng Pangeran Arya Senopati Ki Bagus Mpu Batu, S.M., in his keynote address.

The Pasopati Cakra Nusantara Foundation hopes that this program will continue to flourish and gain wider support from government bodies, cultural institutions, and the public at large—as a genuine expression of love for culture and national spirit.
