JAKARTA — The Central Board of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Chamber (BPP KAPMI) has further expanded and strengthened its organizational presence in the strategic region of Kalimantan. Boy Nanang Wahyudi, SH has officially received the mandate to serve as Chairman of the Regional Board (BPD) of KAPMI West Kalimantan.
The historic handover was conducted directly by BPP KAPMI Chairman General Dr. (c) Muliansyah Abdurrahman, S.Sos., M.Si., accompanied by core DPP leadership. The ceremony unfolded solemnly and with enthusiasm for regional economic advancement at the BPP KAPMI Secretariat, Jalan Proklamasi, Menteng.
Also present to witness the event were the full ranks of central leadership: Secretary General Muh. Rojak, along with Deputy Chairmen Indra, Adi Putra, Sony, and Ikin. The complete leadership presence underscores BPP KAPMI’s serious commitment to developing West Kalimantan.
Additionally, BPP KAPMI Executive Director Rusli attended alongside other Regional Board Chairmen. This unity signals that KAPMI West Kalimantan will immediately move forward to implement its work programs.
In his address, Chairman General Muliansyah Abdurrahman emphasized West Kalimantan’s pivotal role.
“West Kalimantan is our border economic gateway, rich in natural resources, palm oil, and minerals. But its entrepreneurs must be local youth. I entrust Boy Nanang Wahyudi to build West Kalimantan’s economy through its own young businesspeople,” Chairman General Muliansyah stated firmly.
Boy Nanang Wahyudi, SH, in his first statement as mandate holder, expressed gratitude for the immense trust placed in him. He pledged to immediately consolidate young entrepreneurs across West Kalimantan and advance the Chairman General’s vision of inclusive, equitable 8% economic growth from the regions.
Under his leadership, KAPMI West Kalimantan will focus on three priorities: first, mapping and empowering local young entrepreneurs; second, aligning with national programs such as Red and White Cooperatives and natural resource downstreaming; and third, opening market access extending to international markets.
Secretary General Muh. Rojak noted this mandate handover is the first step. A formal inauguration ceremony for the KAPMI West Kalimantan Regional Board will follow shortly.
“We aim for KAPMI West Kalimantan to become a model — the most solid and most profitable Regional Board outside Java for its members,” Rojak remarked.
With the mandate officially received, Boy Nanang Wahyudi, SH holds full legitimacy to form the KAPMI West Kalimantan Regional Board and immediately advance organizational efforts to grow KAPMI across the Land of the Equator.
