The INDONESIAN , (Jakarta)— Chairman of Prabowo Volunteers for Indonesia (PROUI), Dr. Kun Nurachadijat, has called upon the entire Indonesian public to remain calm, rational, and not easily swayed by various provocative issues circulating in public spaces. This includes narratives regarding a so-called “mass movement” linked to attempts to undermine the leadership of Prabowo Subianto.
According to Dr. Kun, the current political dynamics, filled with speculation, unsubstantiated opinions, and snippets of statements going viral on social media, must be addressed wisely and not allowed to create public anxiety.
“We urge the public not to be easily confused by grand narratives that may not necessarily hold the complete truth. This nation needs stability, not chaos caused by provocation,” emphasized Dr. Kun.
This statement was made in response to a circulating video featuring the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Representative Council (DPD RI), Tamsil Linrung, who mentioned the possibility of a “mass movement” in June 2026. The issue has been connected to national leadership dynamics, also involving the name of Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka.
Dr. Kun assessed that such narratives have the potential to spread misinformation and cloud the national atmosphere if not responded to proportionately and maturely.
Furthermore, he stressed that the current administration requires full public support to ensure that strategic national agendas can be implemented consistently and sustainably.
“Government stability is the main foundation for the success of national development. President Prabowo’s programs are designed for the long term and require public trust, not interference from political speculation,” he stated.
He also emphasized the importance of public intelligence in filtering information amidst the flood of digital disinformation, as well as maintaining national unity as the nation’s primary strength.
In his statement, Dr. Kun conveyed that Prabowo Subianto is a proven leader forged through a long journey of service to the nation and state.
“Mr. Prabowo is a leader tempered by history. He has demonstrated that love for the nation and loyalty to the people are the highest principles in statecraft,” he said.
According to him, under President Prabowo’s leadership, the spirit of nationalism and the nation’s self-confidence have been strengthened, both domestically and on the global stage.
“He brings the spirit of unity. There are no longer divisions from the past; what exists is a collective step forward towards a strong and sovereign Indonesia,” he added.
Dr. Kun continued that PROUI will remain on the frontlines safeguarding the legitimate government and providing full support to President Prabowo Subianto in carrying out the people’s mandate.
He also invited all elements of the nation to uphold political ethics, prioritize constructive dialogue, and reject all forms of provocation that could potentially lead to national instability.
“Mature democracy is reflected in the public’s ability to filter information, maintain composure, and trust constitutional mechanisms. Indonesia must not be trapped in narratives of fear, but instead focus on real work, unity, and the nation’s future,” concluded Dr. Kun.
