Raja Agung Nusantara Appreciates Attorney General’s Response, Urges Investigation into Alleged Corruption Involving Tangerang Regency Council Members

Jakarta — The General Chairman of the Central Board of the Indonesian Students and Youth Movement (DPP GMPRI) and Daily Chairman of the Central Board of KNPI, Raja Agung Nusantara, expressed appreciation for the swift response from the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia (Kejagung) regarding the report previously submitted by GMPRI.

According to him, the responsive attitude of the Attorney General’s Office reflects the state’s commitment to follow up on public aspirations and strengthen public trust in law enforcement.

“We appreciate the Attorney General’s Office, especially the Attorney General, for the quick and open response to our report. This is a positive signal for law enforcement that upholds justice,” he stated.

Raja Agung Nusantara affirmed full support for the ongoing legal process, while urging the Attorney General’s Office to immediately take concrete action by summoning and questioning the alleged involved parties.

The parties in question include:

1. Nonce Tendean, Member of the Tangerang Regency House of Representatives (DPRD), Electoral District V (Democrat Party Faction)
2. Aida Hubaida, Member of the Tangerang Regency House of Representatives (DPRD), Electoral District II (Democrat Party Faction)

Alleged Corruption Case: Emergency Vehicles (Mobil Siaga)

Based on investigation results and information deemed highly accurate from trusted local media, including sorotnusantara.net and ekspresibanten.id, the Central Board of GMPRI strongly suspects state losses resulting from alleged corruption or abuse of authority regarding approximately 3 units of Emergency Vehicles, including their maintenance costs.

The value of one vehicle is estimated at around Rp 300,000,000, with maintenance costs per unit reaching Rp 100,000,000. Consequently, the estimated state financial loss amounts to approximately Rp 1.2 Billion for the period 2024 to 2026 (based on 2021 prices/APBD 2021). Additionally, there is an estimated loss of service benefits valued at around Rp 300 Million, bringing the total alleged state loss to Rp 1.5 Billion.

This case concerns Emergency Vehicles located in Pasir Jaya Village, Cikupa District, Tangerang Regency. The main suspect is alleged to be Nonce Tendean, S.H., a member of Commission IV of the Tangerang Regency DPRD from the Democrat Party Faction.

Alleged Modus Operandi:

– Vehicles intended for public social services, specifically social transportation, were allegedly misused for personal interests.
– Vehicles designated for health services and logistics distribution were allegedly diverted for personal use.
– Control of vehicle documents, such as the Vehicle Ownership Book (BPKB), by unauthorized parties without legal basis.
– Causing state financial losses of approx. Rp 1.2 Billion (vehicles + maintenance) and loss of service benefits of approx. Rp 300 Million, totaling Rp 1.5 Billion.

Alleged Corruption Case: Construction of Public Facilities

Based on investigation results and accurate information from local media such as ekspresibanten.id and exposbanten.com, GMPRI also suspects state losses regarding the construction of 3 public facility buildings using the 2025 Revised Regional Budget (APBD-P), which were allegedly built on privately owned land.

The total estimated state loss in this project reaches Rp 1.2 Billion. The alleged perpetrator is Aida Hubaedah, SE., MM., Member of Commission II of the Tangerang Regency DPRD from the Democrat Party Faction.

The Projects:

1. Construction of Haji Sanwani Juarasa Foundation Building: Budget of Rp 400 Million, located in Tegal Kunir Kidul Village, executed by CV. Walid Putra.
2. Construction of Haji Sanwani Juarasa Foundation Mosque: Budget of Rp 400 Million, located in Tegal Kunir Kidul Village, executed by CV. Cipta Jaya Megah.
3. Construction of Vocational Training Center (BLK) and Multipurpose Building: Budget of Rp 400 Million, located in Jatiwaringin Village.

Alleged Modus Operandi:

– Constructing public facilities using state budget on land allegedly owned by the family/parents of the suspect.
– Alleged lack of transparency, including the absence of clear explanations from village heads as witnesses in the grant process and lack of disclosure of official decree documents.

Demands

The Central Board of GMPRI urges the Attorney General’s Office to:

1. Immediately elevate the case status from preliminary inquiry (penyelidikan) to formal investigation (penyidikan).
2. Seize and secure all related state assets, including the vehicles and their documents, and prohibit their use for any purpose outside public service during the legal process.
3. Conduct an investigative audit and calculate official state losses through the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK/BPKP), and pursue asset recovery from responsible parties.
4. Process and prosecute the perpetrators transparently and accountably, and announce case developments to the public to ensure a deterrent effect.
5. Immediately summon, question, and arrest Nonce Tendean, S.H. and Aida Hubaedah, SE., MM. for their alleged involvement in corruption and abuse of authority causing total state losses of approximately Rp 2.7 Billion.

Raja Agung Nusantara emphasized that the youth movement will continue to oversee the legal process to ensure it runs transparently, firmly, and fairly.
