The INDONESIAN, (Jakarta)– Andar Jaya has been formally reported to the Jakarta Selatan Metro Police by victim Ferdinand over alleged embezzlement, marking the start of official legal proceedings.

The report was registered under Police Report Receipt Note No. LP/B/2552/VI/2026/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA dated 29 June 2026, citing alleged embezzlement under Article 486 of Law No. 1 of 2023 on the Criminal Code.

According to the report, the dispute began around October 2025 when Ferdinand lent vehicles to Andar Jaya as a gesture of assistance. To date, the items have allegedly not been returned.

Assets listed in the report include:

– 1 Ford New Everest;
– 1 Toyota Sienta;
– plus additional losses comprising one motorcycle and an undisclosed sum of money, all still unrecovered.

Total losses cited in the police report amount to approximately Rp465 million.

Ferdinand explained that Andar Jaya previously signed a sworn statement dated 21 June 2026, undertaking to return the Toyota Sienta by an agreed deadline. The document explicitly stated that failure to meet the deadline would render the signatory liable to legal action under prevailing laws.

“Despite this commitment, the promise remains unfulfilled,” Ferdinand said. “I have repeatedly requested the return of my property or an amicable settlement, but received only assurances with no action.”

“I ask that this case be handled professionally in accordance with the law. I simply want my rights restored, and to prevent others from suffering the same harm,” said Ferdinand, Chairman of the Anak Bangsa Sejati (ABS) organisation, on 3 July 2026.
